CORN FRITTERS

“ EASY DELICIOUS BREAKFAST”

Prep time : 1 hr

All you need :

11 oz of corn( or any other toppings you would like )

3/4 cup pancake mix or all purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking powder(only if using all purpose flour)

1 tbs brown sugar

1 egg

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup water

1tbs oil or butter ( add more if needed)

Directions:

1- Mix the flour, sugar, and egg. Then add the coconut milk and water, stir until well combined .

2- Add the corn and give it another good stir .

3- Add 1tbs of oil or butter in the pan, wait for it to sizzle a little. Then add the corn batter to the pan and fry till it’s golden brown on both sides.
